Katy is an Aussie; born and raised on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. After winning an acting scholarship in LA, she had the opportunity of living between Sydney and LA for three years, Katy then moved to New York City for five & a half years where she also attained her Diploma in Recording Engineering and Music Production. Katy is also a singer/songwriter and has been singing and playing guitar since she was 8 years old. After writing & producing music, kids music and jingles for other people for 10 years Katy started releasing her own music in 2017 & also had the exciting opportunity to sing gigs in New York, LA & Sydney.

Katy has studied at schools such as NIDA, Anthony Meindl LA, Clay Banks Acting Studio & accent coaching LA, Screen Actors Workshop with Alan Nurthen, TVi LA, LA Voiceover Academy with Melissa Disney, Voiceover coaching with Grant Lyndon and the infamous Edge Studio New York; Katy has also booked roles in tv, film and commercials as well as performing on stage in Sydney, LA and New York.

Having worked with some phenomenal people in the entertainment industry over the years such as Bruce Watson, Les King, Willie Brown Jr, Ken Stacey, Graham Ward & B-Fine/Fullforce to name a few; Katy is excited to bring some more music over this next year (2023) that feature some great musicians in genres such as Rock, Soul, RnB & Reggae; that is guaranteed to get some toes tapping. Katy has been in the industry (both music & tv & film) for over 30 years and has had many “pinch me” moments especially living in New York for over five years and being able to collaborate, perform, sing & play with some truely talented artists, writers and producers.
